Queen's Park travel to face Albion without the services of suspended centre-back Jamie Brough.
Head coach Gardner Speirs is hoping the flu bug that affected wingers David Murray and Jack Henry has finally disappeared before Sunday's kick off.
Albion Rovers manager Paul Martin: "Queen's Park have a good squad and I expected them to be challenging near the top this season but it has not happened yet.
"They are probably a bit low on confidence after a sluggish start but one win could transform their season and send them running up the table. We have to ensure that win does not come against us."
Queen's Park head coach Gardner Speirs: "We played well against Elgin and created a lot of chances however we failed to take them, but we have something to build on.
"Hopefully 2011 will see us get a run of games and convert our chances better than we have been and that will lead to a good few more points on the board."
