Marriot suspended for Rovers
Albion Rovers' Simon Marriot misses out on the visit of Forfar after being sent off in the 1-0 defeat against Stenhousemuir at the weekend.
That result sent the Coatbridge side to the foot of the table.
Manager Todd Lumsden has other concerns as Michael O'Byrne is doubtful with an ankle injury and Ciaran Donnelly is struggling with a hamstring problem.
Lumsden said: "We will just have to get on with things and look to get the points on board they we have been close to in recent weeks.
"We have been just short in recent games as we should have taken something from Ochilview, we should have beaten Stranraer and we should have taken something from Brechin.
"It is time to move from should have done to actually doing."
Forfar welcome back defender Mark McCulloch from suspension as they look to win for only the second time in eight games.
The Loons are again without goalkeeper Derek Soutar, Odmar Faeroe and Keith Gibson through injury, with manager Dick Campbell looking for his men to make up for the loss of an injury-time goal against Arbroath on Saturday that saw the Gayfield men grab a draw.
Campbell said: "We should have more points than we have but I am looking for us to start putting that right.
"Albion Rovers always fight for everything and will be hurting after going to the bottom of the table.
"We are hurting after only drawing at the weekend and know it is time to get more wins on board."
