Albion Rovers midfielder Steven Canning is free from suspension but a hamstring injury is likely to rule him out.
On-loan Motherwell youngster Peter Innes is banned while Todd Lumsden and Iain Smith are injured.
East Stirlingshire assistant manager David Nicholls: "Albion Rovers have had a great season but we will go into this game looking for a win.
"We played well down at Stranraer last weekend but were undone at set-pieces which hopefully the youngsters in our side will have learnt from."
Albion Rovers manager Paul Martin: "There is a bit of pressure on us now in terms of moving towards a play-off place and the players have to show that they can handle that.
"We need to go out and win the game as East Stirling are not going to lie down and give us the points."
