Stirling climb off bottomEast Stirling moved off the bottom of the Scottish League Two table with a 1-0 win away to title hopefuls Albion Rovers.Stirling had a positive opening to the game, following their 1-0 victory against Elgin City last weekend, as David Greenhill fired wide. However, Rovers were soon taking control, especially with Alistair Love enjoying three efforts in the first half.It was goalless at the break though Stirling goalkeeper Richard Barnard nearly gifted Rovers the lead after 53 minutes when he fumbled Gary Phillips' shot.Barnard made amends with a great save to tip over Mark McGuigan's header before Stirling finally came into the game as Maxwell Wright struck the post.Rovers goalkeeper Neil Parry then had to keep out Wright's right-footed shot, but the home defence was finally beaten from the resulting corner.Stirling worked the set-piece well and it was Ross Gilmour who made the most of Connor Greene's eventual ball to head in the winning goal 12 minutes from the end
