Albion's promotion push was dealt a blow as they were held to a goalless draw by second-bottom East Stirling.
Going into the game knowing that victory would move them to within three points of league-leaders Stranraer, the visitors seemed determined to attack from the off.
They could have taken the lead in just the 11th minute but Chris Hamilton saw his effort sneak past the post.
It was all one-way traffic thereafter as Albion dominated possession, although their final ball was leaving a lot to be desired.
That is not to say East Stirling do not deserve credit for a spirited rearguard which kept Rovers at bay, despite the best efforts of Robert Love who missed an excellent chance to earn his side the points.
